Terms And Conditions
All prices on our price list or quoted prices are F.O.B. our Los Angeles, California warehouse. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The minimum order amount for each order is $200.00 and we do require that you order by the master cases only.
Payment can be made by Cash, Cashier's Checks, Wired Transfer, Credit Cards, Company Checks. Shipment of orders prepaid by company or personal check must be delayed until the check has been cleared by the bank. Prepaid orders must include a 20% deposit for shipping charges. If your shipping costs are less than 20%, we will credit your account for the difference or issue a refund upon your request.
NO Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) ORDERS.
Payment by check must be approved prior to shipping; checks must be imprinted with company name, current address
(NO P.O. BOX NUMBERS), and telephone number.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. A Credit Card Authorization Form must be
completely filled out and signed with copies of the front and back of the credit card being used. Please call us at
213.747.9868 for the Credit Card Authorization Form and please fax all three documents to 213.747.8379 for processing.
All credit card orders will be shipped to the cardholder's billing address only.
Open account may be provided to those who supply us with complete bank references and current trade references with signed application of credit from Charming Toys Company, Inc., and completed personal guarantee.
CREDIT WILL BE EXTENDED AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. Credit applications will be furnished upon request, please call 213.747.9868 for credit application form. A minimum of four to six weeks are required for the evaluation of the applications.
We will provide you with our bank information for wire transfer payments. Please fax us your payment receipt to 213.747.8379 after payment had been made for prompt process of your orders.
A $25.00 SERVICE FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH RETURNED CHECK.
Charming Toys Company, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, loss of capital, cost of labor, claims of customers from purchaser of any special indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever.
Customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges. Shipment will be sent as directed. In the absence of instructions, the shipping methods will be determined by our staffs. We will ship the least expensive way possible.
ABSOLUTELY NO CASH ON DELIVERY (C.O.D.) SHIPMENTS.
NO FREE FREIGHT SERVICE.
Packaging, including artwork and product name may differ from time to time. We maintain the right to make the substitutions without prior notification if the product is considered of equal or better quality and at a price comparable to the quoted price.
For any refused order, the customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fee of 25% of the invoice amount. The minimum restocking fee is $25.00.
Damaged products through shipping are not the responsibility of Charming Toys Company, Inc.. Please contact the shipping carrier for more information. Please note that all merchandise is securely packed, in good condition and carefully inspected before delivering to the carrier. If your shipment appears to have been damaged, request a notation to the effect on your delivery receipt. Promptly unpack and inspect the contents and notify the delivery agent immediately of any damage and file a claim with carrier agent for the reimbursement
Return merchandise will be accepted only with prior written authorization by your sales manager. Credit for defective products and Shortage will be given only with prior written authorization by your sales manager. Defective product authorizations must be requested no later then five Days after delivery arrives. Shortage authorizations must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. All returns must be marked clearly and fright prepaid. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for special and or custom order.
